At the moment, there are about 10 groups of people who are going to participate in the event and sell all sort of things from Japanese food, baked food, second hand clothes to art work etc.....
Here is what we decided today.
Date: 29th March Tuesday ( possibly 30th Wed, too)
Place: Ground Floor Corridor , outside D Block arches
Time: 11am - 7pm (preparation time 10:30 to 11: 00 packing up 7:00 to 8:00)
All the money raised will be donated. (UAL- Japanese Red Cross)
Money will be collected by Masumi and Eiko at the end of the day.
Keep record of how much sold.
Participants to prepare change.
Participants to decide price of products.
Do not have to stay all day, can use a stall half a day.
Join at last minute on 29th, bring your own table...
Do not sell anything that could present health & safety issues.
Left over - take things back home or to Charity shop. Big things can be taken to skip.
If you did not come to the meeting today but would like to book a stall or if you would like to just donate things to be sold, please let us know!
Thank you.
